About Me
I am a journalist by trade … and after decades of working with words … as a journalist and in communication roles … I decided to get serious about snapping ... and am now a qualified photographer!
My first job as a cadet journalist was working in the pictorial department of a now defunct afternoon newspaper in Adelaide, South Australia … writing captions for photos used in every edition.
I'm pretty sure that's when I fell in love with the power of a picture.
With a Diploma of Photography and Photo Imaging from the Adelaide College of the Arts, I am committed to this craft … always on the lookout for a great shot proudly presented by nature.
Based at Southport in South Australia, the natural beauty of the Fleurieu Peninsula is right on my doorstep.
I love it when an image speaks to me … and when people want to be part of that conversation and hang one of my them on their wall.
